5M develops and produces systems for laminate production, particularly on the basis of epoxy resins. Our production range includes systems with various properties and viscosity, from extremely liquid to highly viscous and thixotropic.
The optimal combination of epoxy resins and hardeners can be chosen for each application and different production conditions, such as mixture, pot life, curing method, technology and properties of final laminate.

Resins for foaming systems
5M also produces several foaming systems. These systems first foam after application, thus expanding their volume and filling free space; after that they cure. Therefore they are suitable for production of lightweight elements or to fill cavities during lamination.

Resins for stereolitography
The epoxy and acrylic systems for stereolithography are the latest addition to this product line. Stereolithography is a progressive rapid prototyping method based on curing of separate thin layers of photopolymer matrix with laser. The final product of complicated shape is made up from the individual cured polymer layers
