Thanks to our own laboratory equipped with necessary technology to test glues, we are able to offer our clients the possibility of developing a glue exactly in compliance with their exact specifications and requests.<\/p>\n<p>We produce high-strength epoxide glues in two basic variants, i.e. <strong>foil epoxy adhesives<\/strong> or <strong>liquid epoxy adhesives<\/strong>. A great advantage of foil epoxide glues consists of their easy application (they can be formatted as fabrics, for example) and no dangerous evaporations harmful to operators, produced at manipulating with or applying them.<\/p>\n<p>The glues LETOXIT<sup>\u00ae <\/sup>KFL (foil one) and LETOXIT<sup>\u00ae <\/sup>PL (liquid one) are commonly used in gluing metallic structures and parts (mainly of aluminium or stainless steel) involving high demands placed on strength of joints, thermal resistance and long-term stability. Application of film epoxy adhesives guaranties equal distribution and optimum thickness of adhesive layer.<\/p>\n<p>The adhesive is <strong>one-component<\/strong>, based on modified epoxy resins, and contains suitable curing system. We are producing foil in thickness 0,25 \u2013 0,3 mm on 250 mm or 1000 mm width rolls. Bonded joints exhibit <strong>very good mechanical properties<\/strong> when loaded under temperatures ranging from \u201375\u00b0C to +100\u00b0C.
