Epoxy adhesives - high strength

Our company develops and produces epoxy adhesives for high strength bonds, which can be used primar aircraft constructions too. Our adhesives covers product line LETOXIT® KFL for foil adhesives and LETOXIT® PL for paste one.

 

 

Epoxy FOIL adhesives

Product range LETOXIT® KFL covers epoxy foil adhesives with different characteristics suitable mainly for bonding of aluminium sandwich constructions including honeycomb structures. Application of film epoxy adhesives guaranties equal distribution and optimum thickness of adhesive layer.

The adhesive is one-component, based on modified epoxy resins, and contains suitable curing system. We are producing foil in thickness 0,25 – 0,3 mm on 250 mm width rolls. Bonded joints exhibit very good mechanical properties when loaded under temperatures ranging from –75°C to +100°C. During working with adhesive or curing adhesive doesn´t release any hazard vapours.

Epoxy PASTE adhesives

Two-component, high-strength, paste epoxy-based adhesive curing at room temperature. It is designed to adhesive bond a variety of metallic materials, honeycombs, fiber-reinforced composites, wood, rubber and glass. Such materials can be even combined and bonded to one another. Bonded joints exhibit very good mechanical properties at temperatures ranging from –75°C to +80°C. The adhesive contains a corrosion inhibitor.
